Setting Up Your Email
Your messages are only a click away!
The email account provided with your website can easily be viewed using a web browser or email client such as Microsoft Outlook. Provided below are clear and easy instructions on how to view your email using both methods.
Viewing your email using a web browser.
Step 1.

Open any web browser such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc. that is connected to the internet.
Step 2.
Type the address of your website in the address bar replacing www with webmail.
Example
http://webmail.yourwebsite.com
Step 3.

A pop-up box will appear requesting your login information. Use your email address as your USERNAME and the password provided by Deelicious Web Design for your PASSWORD.
Example
Username: yourname@yoursite.com
Password: webdesign
The password will not be displayed for security.
This login box will appear each time you check your email using a web browser. If you would like your computer to remember your password for future logins, then select the REMEMBER PASSWORD box. Your email account will display immediately without the login box appearing if your password is saved for future use.
Step 4.

You may now view your messages by clicking on MAIL or INBOX. Do not forget to SIGN OUT when you are finished!
Viewing your email using an email client. (Outlook)
Step 1.

Open your email program. Any program which supports POP3 accounts is acceptable. Popular email clients include: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, Apple Mail.
Step 2.

Create a new email account. In Outlook, select TOOLS in the menu at the top of your screen, then ACCOUNTS.
Step 3.

In the Accounts Windows, select ADD > MAIL to open the Internet Connection Wizard.
Step 4.

Follow the instructions of the Internet Connect Wizard by inputing the following information.
Name: the name you want displayed to email recipients.
Email: yourname@yoursite.com
Email Account Type: POP3
Username: yourname@yoursite.com
Password: your email password
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yoursite.com
Outgoing Mail Server / SMTP Server: mail.yoursite.com
Step 5.

Your email should now be functioning correctly. You can view your messages by selecting your INBOX and clicking the SEND/RECEIVE button.
