Virtual tours are photographic images that allow a viewer on your website to see 360° of a room or landscape. The virtual tour allows you to see up-down-right-left by simply dragging your mouse across the image, as though you were standing in place and moving your head.
Virtual tours are captured by a photographer who uses a single-shot digital camera to take a photo of a room. Because we do not take several images and stitch them together, there are no seams in the image and action shots are possible. We also create images that allow views to be seen through interior windows. Many other virtual tour companies display washed-out windows in their images which is unrealistic and unprofessional.
After images are taken, we create a tour that displays information about your property such as room descriptions, business details, contact information, location directions and more. Tours can be customized to fit your needs.

What to expect.
If you would like to schedule a tour, please complete the form on this page. Once the form is complete, a photographer from Deelicious Web Design will contact you and schedule a date to take the photos. New clients will be required to sign a contract which is available here.
Virtual tour appointments generally last one hour and require a realtor / host to be present. It is advised that the realtor bring a print-out of property details which he or she would like included in the virtual tour. Once the appointment is finished, the still photographs and tour will be sent within 48 hours through email as a link which can be inserted into a MLS system or website for viewing.
